Thank you so much for your time spent in our home. We made an appointment on Saturday night and after that meeting I had made a decision with your help to make our house someone else's by taking all the advice you gave us. We had a two-page list of things to do and we all worked really hard for two days following. But all that work and the arguments with the kids and the sore arms and legs for packing it all up the house sold in three days. In fact the very 1st or 2nd person who came through the home bought it! I see some homes around the corner still up for sale and we have finished our transactions and now we just have to pack the rest of it and move out.

Thank you so much for your kind and harsh advice that helped us get the most money and the least amount of time. I still look at the pictures of our home staged in cannot believe it is our own exclamation I will take much of your advice into her new home...

Amazing! We planned to put our house on the market the start of our vacation. Prior to that we worked with Emilia to stage our house. The house looked so good it was a shame we were selling it. Within 3 days of our house going on the market we had an offer. Before we can home from our vacation our house was sold. With Emilia's staging expertise and design touch she made the selling of house much easier than we thought it was going to be.

We had our house on the market two months. We had 16 showings and offers.
We read an article in the Brampton Guardian about Home Staging. We never heard of this service before. We contacted Emilia Rees from DecoDoc Home Staging. We committed to the whole process. While Emilia was doing the recommendations, our real estate agent called for another showing. Emilia, with the help of my husband and I, helped us with an hour’s staging. The same night we sold our house.

Next house we will do staging form is the house.

Wow! Your advice on everything from paint colors to furniture placement to what to display in the china cabinet really worked.

My house sold for several thousand dollars over asking price, just a day after its first open house.
